Bootcamps

At our bootcamps you will meet motivating, fun, outgoing and like-minded people all ready to get in a great workout and sweat! On your arrival you will be welcomed by one of our friendly staff, introduced to other attendees and shown around the BodyByBrandt studio.  

 

All classes are co-ed and over 500 calories will be burned! We incorporate weights, cardio, Hiit, tabata, plyometrics and so much more! Plus every class is different as we change them up weekly to keep your muscle guessing and things exciting yet challenging!

Monday 7:30pm - 8:30pm

Wednesday 7:30pm - 8:30pm

Saturday 9am - 10am

Sunday 9am - 10am
